The expansion is to include <br /> a cart shed, locker room, and banquet room. <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed this application and is re- <br /> commending that it be approved subject to the following recommended <br /> conditions of approval and ordinance requirements: <br /> Recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. Any night lighting shall be for security purposes only and <br /> shall be hooded and oriented to prevent glare onto adjoining <br /> properties. Lighting standards shall not exceed 20 feet in <br /> height. The location of all nighttime lighting shall be shown <br /> on the Imporvement Plan required by the Department of Public <br /> Works. <br /> 2. A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the Improvement <br /> Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accomodate all trash <br /> receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall <br /> and gated on the fourth side. The location and details of <br /> the trash enclosure shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 3. The hours of operation for the facility shall be limited to <br /> those hours between 6 : 30 a.m. and 2: 00 a.m. <br /> 4 . No new signs advertising the golf course shall be approved <br /> as part of this Use Permit application. If any additional <br /> signs are proposed in the future, they shall be reviewed by <br /> the Planning Director prior to their construction. <br />
