The <br /> expansion is to include a cart shed, locker room, and <br /> banquet room. <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is located on the southeast corner of Elkhorn Drive and <br /> Shull Place , north Stockton. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . <br /> Elkhorn Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval .
