The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6 ,000 square feet by area separation walls . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material unless a permit requirement is exempt per U.B .C. , <br /> Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7003 . <br /> 3 . The Development Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space ( s ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C, Title 24 ) . <br />
