APN: 086-470-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Ashley Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Foppiano Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Ashley Lane to the property line and a 30-foot <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Foppiano Lane to the <br /> property line with a 20' X 20' corner cut-off (snipe) at the <br /> intersection shall be required across the frontage of APN <br /> 086-470-05. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 2 .
