COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-35 <br /> 3 . The frontage improvement for Ashley Lane shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way rural road. The frontage improvement for Foppiano <br /> Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. <br /> All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4 .
