b. This development is subject to the Drainage Trust Fund Fee for Area No. 26-B. The fee ' <br /> shall be automatically adjusted January 1 and July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. The fee currently <br /> is$5,174.00 per acre, based on the Index of 4992. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> C. Destroy any wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4207) <br /> d. Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. (California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> NOTE: The restaurant should have a grease trap. Contact the Lockeford Community Service <br /> District for their requirements. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or be divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR Title <br /> 24) <br /> (3) The proposed project is located within an expansive soil area where a <br /> conventional foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required <br /> to evaluate the foundation design. <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the"tow away" sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed t/<-inch per foot. (CCR Title 24) <br /> C.
