Within sixty (60) days of the approval date, submit an <br /> Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site, or off-site with proof of recorded contiguous <br /> drainage easements. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall <br /> be submitted for approval. A plan check fee will be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . The applicant shall apply for a Business License within <br /> sixty (60) days of the application approval. (Section <br /> 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 4 . Within sixty (60) days of the approval date, the <br /> applicant shall file for a building permit by submitting <br /> construction drawings to the Building Inspection <br /> Division. <br /> 5. All parking spaces and the first fifty feet from the <br /> public right-of-way of any driveways shall be paved and <br /> permanently maintained with a minimum of six inches of <br /> concrete to provide a durable dust free surface. All <br /> maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently <br /> maintained with a minimum of six inches of aggregate base <br /> with a double chip seal. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> 6. A total of 5 parking spaces, including 1 handicap stall <br /> shall be provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. All <br /> parking stalls shall be delineated with paint. The size <br /> of the parking spaces and the parking lot design and <br /> dimensions shall be consistent with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1015. 5 of the Development Title. <br /> 7 . Access driveways shall have a width of no less than <br /> twenty-five (2 5) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) <br /> for one-way aisles. (Section 9-1015. 5 {h} {1} of the <br /> Development Title) <br /> 8 . One loading space shall be provided for every use with <br /> 3 , 000 square feet of gross floor area. Each space shall <br /> be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, <br /> with a minimum height clearance of 14 feet.
