SA-92-14 OF EFREN HUFANA <br /> (C/O ROY ALEXANDER) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Development Services Division intends to approve Application <br /> No. SA-92-14 , subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Attendance at the school shall be limited to special <br /> education students. This is for day use only, and not a <br /> 24 hour residential facility. <br /> b. The maximum number of students shall be 75. <br /> C. A change in type of students or an increase above 75 <br /> students shall require a new discretionary application <br /> with notification of surrounding property owners as <br /> required by County ordinances. <br /> d.
