(1) A minimum of 1 parking space shall be provided for <br /> each employee. (Section 9-3700 (f) ) <br /> (2) All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated.. <br /> (3) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained <br /> with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided where necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Section 9-3704 (a) ) <br /> e. Signage shall be limited to existing signs with the <br /> exception of small directional signs and other signs <br /> necessary to the functioning of the school. <br /> f. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br /> project site. <br /> g. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> h. The existing mobilehome on the west side of the swimming <br /> pool shall be removed. <br /> i. The proposed modular classroom shown on the site plan is <br /> approved as part of this Site Approval Permit. Moving <br /> and installation permits will be require from the <br /> appropriate County agencies. <br /> SSS: <br />
