SA-92-19 OF A. RANCHHOD ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is to add a f if teen car used automobile dealership, truck-trailer rental service for a maximum of two trucks, and outdoor tire and wheel storage at an existing tire shop. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective 4 date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have t been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance M Requirements cannot be modified. a Conditions of Approval: 1. This approval shall be for a used automobile dealership containing a maximum of fifteen (15) automobiles, a truck- trailer rental service for a maximum of two (2) vehicles, tire storage, and wheel storage. 2 . There shall be no dismantling or repair activities associated with this approval- and the storage of inoperable vehicles or sale of auto parts shall not be permitted.
