The owner shall secure an approved Business License for the <br /> approved uses prior to the initiation of those uses. (County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 7-1000) <br /> 4 . The used automobile parking area shall contain fifteen (15) <br /> permanently paved, delineated parking spaces. The truck- <br /> trailer rental service shall contain two (2) permanently <br /> paved, delineated parking spaces. The parking areas shall not <br /> replace any of the site' s existing fifteen parking spaces and <br /> shall not encroach upon aisle ways or driveways. The location <br /> of the parking areas, as well as the site ' s existing parking <br /> spaces, driveways, aisles, and designated tire and wheel <br /> storage areas, shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The <br /> dimensions of all parking spaces and aisle ways shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan and shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title. <br /> 5 . The outdoor tire and wheel storage areas shall be permanently <br /> paved. Paving details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 6. At least one additional customer automobile parking space <br /> shall be provided and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The size of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title. The <br /> space shall be permanently paved and delineated. <br /> 7 . The customer and handicap parking spaces in the northwest <br /> corner of the property and the five us-d car parking spaces <br /> shall be redesigned to prevent vehicles using those spaces <br /> from backing into the right-of-way of El Dorado Street. <br /> Details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 8 . The wheel storage area in the northeast corner of the site <br /> shall be screened from the residential use on the north side <br /> of the property line by a six (6) foot high, uniformly painted t <br /> solid fence or wall. The wall shall be installed prior to the <br /> initiation of the use and shall be maintained in good <br /> condition. Screening details shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 9 . The outdoor tire storage area on the west side of the <br /> retention pond shall be screened by a six (6) foot high, <br /> uniformly painted solid fence or wall. The wall shall be <br /> installed prior to the initiation of the use and shall be <br /> maintained in good condition. Screening details shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br />
