CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-92-19 A. RANCHHOD Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be established nor building permits issued until the applicant has fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of th approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: a. This approval shall be for a used automobile dealership containing a maximum of fifteen (15) automobiles, a truck-trailer rental service for a maximum of two (2) vehicles, tire storage, and wheel storage. b. There shall be no dismantling or repair activities associated with this approval and the storage of inoperable vehicles or sale of auto parts shall not be permitted. C. The owner shall secure an approved Business License for the approved uses prior to the initiation of those uses. (County Ordinance Code Section 7-1000) d. The used automobile parking area shall contain fifteen (15) permanently paved, delineated parking spaces. The truck-trailer rental service shall contain two (2) permanently paved, delineated parking spaces. The parking areas shall not replace any of the site' s existing fifteen parking spaces and shall not encroach upon aisle ways or driveways. The location of the parking areas, as well as the site' s existing parking spaces, driveways, aisles, and designated tire and wheel storage areas, shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The dimensions of all parking spaces and aisle ways shall be shown on the Improvement Plan and shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title.
