CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-19 <br /> A. RANCHHOD <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of th approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary permits have been secured and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This approval shall be for a used automobile dealership <br /> containing a maximum of fifteen (15) automobiles, a <br /> truck-trailer rental service for a maximum of two (2) <br /> vehicles, tire storage, and wheel storage. <br /> b. There shall be no dismantling or repair activities <br /> associated with this approval and the storage of <br /> inoperable vehicles or sale of auto parts shall not be <br /> permitted. <br /> C. The owner shall secure an approved Business License for <br /> the approved uses prior to the initiation of those uses. <br /> (County Ordinance Code Section 7-1000) <br /> d. The used automobile parking area shall contain fifteen <br /> (15) permanently paved, delineated parking spaces. The <br /> truck-trailer rental service shall contain two (2) <br /> permanently paved, delineated parking spaces. The <br /> parking areas shall not replace any of the site' s <br /> existing fifteen parking spaces and shall not encroach <br /> upon aisle ways or driveways. The location of the <br /> parking areas, as well as the site' s existing parking <br /> spaces, driveways, aisles, and designated tire and wheel <br /> storage areas, shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The dimensions of all parking spaces and aisle ways shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan and shall be consistent <br /> with the requirements of Section 9-3702 of the Planning <br /> Title. <br />
