Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space <br /> (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 14 <br /> inch per foot (C.C.R. , title 24) . <br /> C. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. This road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed standards published in <br /> Public Work design standards (Sec. 10. 203 UFC) . The <br /> access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br />
