Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-19 <br /> Page 5 <br /> b. The existing septic tank shall be pumped by a licensed <br /> sewage contractor and inspected by the Environmental <br /> Health Division for code compliance. <br /> C. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division with the following requirements: <br /> 1. Install an 8 ' deep X 7 ' wide X 28 ' long sump. <br /> 2 . Install a 1200 gallon concrete septic tank if the <br /> existing tank fails to meet code. <br /> d. The existing leach line shall be demonstrated to be a <br /> distance of greater than 50 feet from the existing well <br /> or they shall be disconnected from the septic tank. <br /> e. State on the Improvement Plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area shall be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> 4. BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2. Provide 1-hour occupancy separation between the <br /> office and the Tire Repair Shop. <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
