The waste management plan shall also be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for approval prior to the issuance of any <br /> building permits. The plan shall include, at a minimum, <br /> operational details , numbers of animals to be on-site , <br /> construction details for the holding pens and milking house, <br /> waste management details ( including pond details) , and provi- <br /> sions for drainage and containment of storm water and waste <br /> water . <br /> 6 . Days and hours of operation for the restaurant shall be pro- <br /> vided to the Planning Division. <br /> 7 . The trash enclosures shall be designed to accommodate all <br /> trash enclosures and constructed on three sides with a solid <br /> wall and gated on the fourth side . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> A revised site plan shall be required in the event the proposed <br /> development is submitted as a full application. In addition to <br /> the comments noted above, the following changes shall be made : <br /> 1 . Show adjoining uses on the revised site plan. <br /> 2 . Include proposed fence and sign details. <br /> 3 . Indicate (with arrows) circulation patterns for both autos <br /> and trucks using the proposed development . <br /> 4 . Revise the application to include the maximum number of <br /> trucks on-site at any time and the hours and days of opera- <br /> tion for the restaurant . <br /> 5 . Also, review the checklist contained in the Site Approval <br /> application to ensure the inclusion of all required infor- <br /> mation. <br /> At such time as the proposed development is submitted as a full <br /> application, staff will process Zone Reclassification No . <br /> ZR-89-18 . <br />
