CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89--25 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements are applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3 . Subdivision grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> 5 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection . <br /> 6 . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space ( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance . <br />
