CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-25 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> C . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee. will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> issuance of a building permit . (The fee currently i, <br /> $1 , 483 . 00 per 1 , 000 gross square foot of building as a <br /> classification of 5154 in the Escalon area . The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted annually by the engineering <br /> Construction Cort Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record . ) Resolution R-89-946 suspends the fee until <br /> February 1 , 1990 . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . The water well used for domestic purposes shall become a <br /> non-community public water well and will be subject to <br /> approval and permitting requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. A septic system shall be required for sewage disposal . The <br /> septic system serving the entire development must be <br /> designed by a registered engineer_ . A permit from and <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division is required . <br /> C . The applicant must apply to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board for a waste discharge permit . <br /> d . A waste management plan designed by a registered engineer <br /> must be submitted and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division , the County Public Works Department and the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to any building <br /> permits being issued . <br /> e . Three sets of plans for the food facility must be submitted <br /> to and approved by the Environmental Health Division for a <br /> food facility permit . <br /> f . The proposed milking barn shall require Environmental Health <br /> Division and State Department of Agriculture approval if <br /> milk is to be shipped for processing . <br />
