CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-25 <br /> PAGE 5 <br /> 7 . PLANNING_ DIVISION <br /> Conditions of_ Approval_ <br /> a. All maneuvering , parking and driving areas , and feed lanes <br /> must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement . Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties . <br /> b. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> 1 . The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall <br /> be provided throughout the parking area . <br /> 2. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo--sensor <br /> system. <br /> 3 . Parking lot luminaries shall be high pressure sodium <br /> vapor with 90 degree cutoff and flat lenses . <br /> 4 . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises , and with no spillover beyond the <br /> property. <br /> 5 . The location of lighting standard shall be included on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> C. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated . <br /> d . One wall or monument sign shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be in accordance with Section 9-3600 of <br /> the Planning Title . <br /> e. No outdoor storage is permitted . <br /> f. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> g . Fencing locations and details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan . <br />
