CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA--89--25 <br /> PAGE 6 <br /> h. A minimum 5 foot wide planting strip is required on the <br /> front and side perimeters of all buildings and structures . <br /> This landscape strip shall be continuous except for <br /> driveways or walkways . Details of the Landscape/Irrigation <br /> Plan shall be shown on the Improvement Plan . <br /> i . A minimum of twenty-six ( 26 ) automobile parking spaces shall <br /> be provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. The spaces <br /> shall not be less than nine ( 9 ) feet in width and twenty <br /> ( 20 ) feet in length . <br /> j . This approval limits livestock auctions and the operation of <br /> the restaurant to Wednesdays only. No additional days of <br /> operation shall be permitted without an approved Revisions <br /> of Approved Actions Application or new Site Approval <br /> Application. <br />
