a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirement is applicable and shall be incor- porated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division : Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C .A. C . , Title 24) . b. A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material : ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B. C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- cable . ( 3 ) Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements . " (4) All recommendation of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments . c. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: ( 1 ) Parking shall be provided for the physically han- dicapped. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance . ( 2) Identification signs for the parking spaces , including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance or be visible from each space. ( 3) The slope of the parking spaces shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot . 4 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT : Conditions of Approval : a. No manure water shall be permitted in the Lone Tree Drain which runs along the east side of the property. b. Provide a facility within the private irrigation easement to deliver irrigation water from the Oakdale Irrigation District Sweet Lateral to Parcels A and B to the north.
