a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirement is applicable and shall be incor- <br /> porated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division : <br /> Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A. C . , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be <br /> approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of <br /> earth material : <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B. C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable . <br /> ( 3 ) Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> (4) All recommendation of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> c. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Parking shall be provided for the physically han- <br /> dicapped. The spaces shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance . <br /> ( 2) Identification signs for the parking spaces , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each <br /> entrance or be visible from each space. <br /> ( 3) The slope of the parking spaces shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot . <br /> 4 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT : <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. No manure water shall be permitted in the Lone Tree Drain <br /> which runs along the east side of the property. <br /> b. Provide a facility within the private irrigation easement <br /> to deliver irrigation water from the Oakdale Irrigation <br /> District Sweet Lateral to Parcels A and B to the north. <br /> Amended Conditions - 3 - (SA-89-25 ) <br />
