Escalon-Bellota Rd.
Escalon-Livestock Airport Market SA-89-25
The Site Approval noted was approved to establish a "Stockyard for
weekly animal auctions" . Although the application noted that a
milking house was proposed, there was no indication that a Grade
"A" Dairy was planned. Staff assumed that the milkhouse was an
accessory use to the livestock sales and therefore conditions were
never imposed to reflect a dairy.
The zone is AG-20 (Agriculture) which permits dairies subject to
Development Plan approval. The applicant should be directed to
this division if he wishes to establish a dairy.
Please have him contact Dom De La Torre of this Division for
assistance.
S * cerely(,
. -W
TOM WALKER
Chief Deputy Director
TW/DD:dl
c: Dom De La Torre
Counter Manager
