RA-92-5 FOR SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-89-25 OF MIGUEL A. MACHADO The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval: 1. This approval shall be for the conversion of a second- floor storage area within an approved cattle auction facility to two guest room suites. 2 . The guest room suites shall only be for the use of the clients of the auction facility and shall not be rented. 3 . Two additional automobile parking spaces shall be provided at the auction facility for the use the guest suites ' occupants. (Section 3700 (b) of the Planning Title) 4 . The two parking spaces shall be paved and permanently maintained with either concrete or asphalt concrete and be delineated. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties.
