RA-92-5 FOR <br /> SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-89-25 OF MIGUEL A. <br /> MACHADO <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for the conversion of a second- <br /> floor storage area within an approved cattle auction <br /> facility to two guest room suites. <br /> 2 . The guest room suites shall only be for the use of the <br /> clients of the auction facility and shall not be rented. <br /> 3 . Two additional automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided at the auction facility for the use the guest <br /> suites ' occupants. (Section 3700 (b) of the Planning <br /> Title) <br /> 4 . The two parking spaces shall be paved and permanently <br /> maintained with either concrete or asphalt concrete and <br /> be delineated. Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br />
