Escalon Bellota Road, <br /> Escalon, California. The purpose of this study was to determine <br /> the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The <br /> study was conducted in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-10100 (c) of San Joaquin County Ordinances . This <br /> study commenced on February 22, 1991 and was concluded on March <br /> 13, 1991 . <br /> II PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned AL 10, <br /> for Agricultural Limited Use. The owner proposes to use the <br /> 25 . 25 acre site for a livestock yard, office area and <br /> restaurant.
