Recently, the <br /> site was graded per San Joaquin County Permit # 168525, to <br /> prepare for it's proposed use. <br /> IV PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no known septic tank systems on the property. The <br /> proposed septic system and leach field is to be located <br /> approximately 100 feet north of the office area (see enclosed <br /> sketch) . The septic system will be designed for the office and <br /> restaurant area. <br /> FW <br /> V INTERVIEWS <br /> Neighbors within close proximity of the site were interviewed by <br /> Mr. Tucker of our firm. The following information was obtained: <br /> OWNER: Mr. Rossetti <br /> 25411 E. Lone Tree Road <br /> Escalon, CA 95320 <br /> ro ( 209 ) 838-2996 <br /> Mr. Rossetti has lived at this location for about 43 years . He <br /> reported that no problems exists with his septic system since <br /> living at his residence. There is a domestic well located on <br /> Mr. Rossetti's property. The well has a maximum depth of about <br /> 190 feet. <br /> OWNER: Mr. Fred Paulus <br /> 25744 E. Lone Tree Road <br /> Escalon, CA 95320 <br /> ( 209 ) 838-2335 <br /> Mr. Paulus reported that he has owned his property for about 12 <br /> years . A septic tank system was installed in 1979 , and to date <br /> , no problems exists with the system.
