PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. A merger shall be executed on APN 187-040-15 and <br /> 187-050-10 . <br /> b. Thirty-eight 9-foot by 20-foot parking spaces shall be <br /> provided. <br /> c . All areas of public vehicular traffic and parking shall be <br /> paved. <br /> d. Signage shall be as shown on the site plan. <br /> e. There shall be no alteration, grading, or removal of vege- <br /> tation or deterioration of quality along or in Duck Creek. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS : <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . Drainage shall <br /> be retained on the site , or terminal drainage to Duck <br /> Creek shall be provided. <br /> b. An Encroachment Permit and dedication and frontage impro- <br /> vements along State Route 4 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> c. Any work proposed within the Duck Creek Project right-of- <br /> way will require a permit from the Reclamation Board of <br /> the State of California. <br /> 3 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT : <br /> Conditions of Approval :_ <br /> a. On the final Improvement Plan, correctly indicate the <br /> existing well on APN 187-050-10 and the proposed well on <br /> APN 187-040-15 . <br /> Conditions of Approval & <br />
