Ordinance Requirements : <br /> b. Construct a public water supply well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Local Health District upon development . <br /> Public wells are subject to a yearly permit , environmental <br /> health fee, and inspection by the Local Health District . <br /> c . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> d. Refuse , garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and <br /> #1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 of C.A.C . <br /> e. Submit three sets of food operation construction plans to <br /> the Health District for review and approval prior to <br /> beginning construction. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirement will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: Provide restrooms con- <br /> forming with all disabled access requirements (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be <br /> approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to the performance of any exca- <br /> vation or filling of earth material , unless a permit <br /> requirement is exempted per U.B.C . , Appendix, Section <br /> 7003 . <br /> c . The construction plan shall indicate the following: <br /> } ( 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.
