The site is located between Dove Road on the north and
Kennedy Road on the south, west of Campbell Road, north of Escalon in San Joaquin County,
California. A plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the site are
presented on Plate I of this report.
A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the approximate 200-acre property will
be split into nineteen approximate 10- to 12-acre parcels. Residences with associated
outbuildings, septic systems, and wells are located on the proposed parcels 13 and 14 and we
have assumed they will remain. We have also assumed that any construction on the remainder
of the proposed parcels will be limited to one single-family residence with one septic system per
parcel. Additional details of the proposed project are not known to our firm at this time.
This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Ordinance No. 3323,
Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our
proposal dated June 26, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your written authorization
of July 8, 1992. The items listed under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along
with our responses.
KLEI~6ght2MA4'aol*Sir&F-Stockton, CA 95205 (209) 948-1345 Page 1 of 5
