Item No . 8 <br /> PC : 8-3-89 <br /> Tract # 2113 (SU-89-19) <br /> Page 8 <br /> of-way for Bear Creek shall be shown, and a permit from <br /> the State Reclamation Board shall be acquired. <br /> h. The project shall be served by a public water system con- <br /> forming to the requirements of the Local Health District <br /> and the Department of Public Works. The system shall pro- <br /> vide adequate domestic and fire water supply in confor- <br /> mance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and <br /> the local fire district . A test well showing that the <br /> production well will meet all applicable standards is <br /> required prior to the approval of the improvement plans or <br /> any work within the site . <br /> i . The project shall be served by a public sewer collection <br /> and treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A wastewater treatment plant <br /> study acceptable to the Department of Public Works and the <br /> Local Health District is required prior to the approval of <br /> the improvement plans or any work within the site . <br /> j . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> the frontage of Eight Mile Road. <br /> k. A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the appro- <br /> val of the final map to provide for the operation, main- <br /> tenance, and improvement of storm drainage, water , <br /> sanitary, and street lighting facilities . <br /> 1 . Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for Lots 1 <br /> through 6 and Lots 22 through 24 along the frontage of <br /> Eight Mile Road, and for Lots 1 and 24 , 125 feet from <br /> Eight Mile Road, along the frontage of the entrance road. <br /> in. A Preliminary Soils Report is required, in accordance with <br /> County standards, for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads . <br /> n . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> for the County-provided utility services in an amount <br /> equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time <br /> the improvements are accepted until the effective date of <br /> assessment on the tax roll . Deposit of fees shall be sub- <br /> mitted at the time of the acceptance of the facilities by <br /> the County. <br /> o. All utilities shall be underground. Easements for utili- <br /> ties shall be provided as required by the public utility <br /> comanies . <br />
