Environmental Health Division : <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> b. A test well shall be required to meet the following: <br /> ( 1 ) The water quality shall be tested to meet Title 22 , <br /> CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The water quantity shall be tested to show the ade- <br /> quate source . <br /> ( 3 ) Results of the tests shall be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works prior to recordation of the final map . <br /> ( 4) Obtain all required permits . <br /> c . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health <br /> Division for a sewage treatment plant . The plans must be <br /> designed by a Registered Engineer . <br /> e . Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Regiona, prier <br /> to development . <br /> 3 . Caltrans : <br /> The subdivider shall contribute financially to future improve- <br /> ments of the State Route 99/Eight Mile Road interchange . The <br /> amount of the pro- rata contribution shall be based on the in- <br /> progress Caltrans study of State Route 99 interchanges for <br /> the segment between Fremont Street and Eight Mile Road, <br /> inclusive . <br /> 4. Planning Division: <br /> a. Landscaping shall be planted in the 26-foot - wide strip <br /> located along the Eight Mile Road frontage outside the <br /> Eight Mile Road right- of-way required under Condition No . <br />
