A test well will be required to meet <br /> the following: <br /> a. Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR (Safe <br /> Drinking Water Act) , requirements. <br /> b. Water quantity tested to show an adequate <br /> source. <br /> C. Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and County Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of improvement plans. <br /> If the soil suitability study is favorable the following ordinance <br /> requirements must be met: <br /> 1. 10. 07 - Submit plans for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage <br /> disposal system for the entire development.
