(1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton,California 95201 <br /> (209) 468-3400 " <br /> DATE: May 21, 1990 �� C/"-- <br /> TO: San Joaquin County Planning Division O <br /> FROM: Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> RE: ZR-89-17 <br /> The Environmental Health Division recommends continuance on this <br /> application as it is proposed as a planned development and is <br /> subject to the following ordinance requirements: <br /> 1. 11.06 - A soil suitability study as required by Section <br /> 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must <br /> be performed prior to application approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . 20. 05 - Connection to an approved public water supply <br /> system is required. A test well will be required to meet <br /> the following: <br /> a. Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR (Safe <br /> Drinking Water Act) , requirements. <br /> b. Water quantity tested to show an adequate <br /> source. <br /> C. Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and County Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of improvement plans. <br /> If the soil suitability study is favorable the following ordinance <br /> requirements must be met: <br /> 1. 10. 07 - Submit plans for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage <br /> disposal system for the entire development. The plans <br /> must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
