2 . 22. 04 - Construct a water well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. A yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3 . 102 .02 - If floor drains are required, they must be <br /> plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Valley Region. The application forms can be obtained <br /> from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would <br /> have to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. <br /> You can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4. 111.01 - Submission of three (3) sets of detailed public <br /> swimming pool plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 5. 144 .01 - Submission of three (3) sets of food facility <br /> construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> J <br />
