Finding : <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated <br /> into , the project which avoid or substantially lessen the <br /> significant environmental effect as identified in the Final <br /> EIR. <br /> Supporting Facts : <br /> The project has been designed to minimize land use conflicts <br /> with adjacent agricultural operations . The golf course , <br /> located north of Eight Mile Road, is separated from agri- <br /> culture by Telephone Cut on the north , Stefani Lane on the <br /> east , Eight Mile Road on the south , and Rio Blanco Road and <br /> Bishop Cut on the west . The golf course is further buffered <br /> by a riding trail and open space between the golf course <br /> itself and the external boundaries of the project site . At <br /> the equestrian center and hunt course , adjacent agricultural <br /> uses are separated from the recreation uses by the golf <br /> course on the north, a six-foot fence on the east and south, <br /> and Rio Blanco Road and Bishop Cut on the west . All inten- <br /> sive use areas - (golf clubhouse , equestrian center ) are <br /> clustered near the center of the project site along Eight <br /> Mile Road. <br /> 4 .
