CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-91-6 <br /> VENICE ISLAND, INC. <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any Building <br /> Permits . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , showing drainage , existing and proposed <br /> utility services , and grading , shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application . (The fee is $1 , 397 . 00 per <br /> 1 , 000 gross square foot of building as "Service/Commercial " <br /> in the Delta area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record . ) <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s ) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br /> 2 . Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division ( state <br /> specific repairs . ) <br /> 3 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees and guests the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over , parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines . <br /> 4 . A test hole must be drilled under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division to determine first ground <br /> water. <br /> PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> 1 . The proposed application will not have any exterior or <br /> interior lighting that would interfere , or cause confusion , <br /> with the navigational aids on the Stockton Deep Water <br /> Channel .
