Public Services
Current operations at the processing facility are unaffected by service districts.
Agricultural Commission District 7 would be advised of any new operations which affect
agricultural lands within their jurisdiction. No new demand for public utilities would be
created by the proposed activity.
Water Supply
Quarry activities currently taking place east of the processing facility would be
transferred to the proposed quarry site. No increase in resource processing or extraction
rate would be anticipated; therefore, no impact to the water supply used by the project
would be expected.
Wastewater
No demand for wastewater treatment would be created as a result of the
proposed activity. Chemical toilets would continue to be used at the processing facility.
3.7.3 Mitigation Measures
No impacts to Public Facilities would be anticipated from the proposed activity.
As such, no mitigation measures would be required.
3.8 Land Use
3.8.1 Setting
The proposed project is located in an unincorporated portion of San Joaquin
County.
