The circulation of truck traffic and associated impacts <br /> on the structural section of area roadways should be addressed. A specific <br /> truck circulation/access plan should be provided. <br /> The effects of altering the traditional drainage and runoff patterns, both on- <br /> and off-site, should be axaminad. A detailed drainage plan should be provided <br /> which will perpetuate existing drainage patterns and basins in proximity to <br /> the County-owned Clement`a Drainage Pond. Reservations in the form of <br /> easements for the drainage courses and ponds and the eventual outfall line or <br /> channel (terminal drainage) from the County pond to the Mokalumna River should <br /> he provided for and addressed in this document. In addition, a set back from <br /> the County drainage pond should be established in to prevent slope failure in <br /> that location. <br /> RLP <br /> �� <br />
