The area under Conservation Designation of the <br /> General Plan will not be changed. <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the east and west sides of State Route 88, <br /> approximately 3600 ' north of Kettleman Lane, south of Lockeford <br /> ( 16360 S . Highway 88 ) . <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road and State Highway Route 12/88 have existing right- <br /> of-way widths of 80 feet, and planned right-of-way widths of 80 & <br /> 110 feet, respectively. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of thye County Of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map. <br /> 2 . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to <br />_ the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br />
