Proposed Schedule • The drill permit application will be submitted to the SJCEHD within five business days of obtaining written authorization of this proposal; • Permit acquisition may require up to ten business days: • Field work will be scheduled in accordance with the combined availability of the driller and mobile laboratory subcontractors; • Field work will be conducted over two business days; • Sample analytical results will be available within approximately five business days of performing field work: • As an option, a draft report could be prepared within seven business days of receipt of the laboratory analytical results. SLP understands the SJCEHD will require a copy of the sample analytical results. Limitations Partner has provided this work plan to assess conditions associated with releases to soil and/or groundwater as currently known to exist at the subject property. This work plan has been generated with a sense of magnitude and includes site-specific data and Partner's experience at similar sites. Our site-specific understanding of the issues is supported with data provided by investigations/remedial actions conducted to date. This work plan is dependent on multiple factors and subsurface conditions that have not been fully defined at the time of preparation. This work plan may be based on information provided by others;the information is assumed to be correct and factual.
