a • <br /> • Work Plan for Expedited Additional Site Assessment <br /> Tracy Corners Shopping Center <br /> 3225 North Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy,California 95376 <br /> Partner Proposal Number P14-129814.4 <br /> May 5,2015 <br /> Page 16 <br /> • Samples collected from the northeast portion of the subject property will be transported to a fixed <br /> location laboratory and analyzed within five business days of the samples being logged at the <br /> laboratory. <br /> Proposed Schedule <br /> • The drill permit application will be submitted to the SJCEHD within five business days of obtaining <br /> written authorization of this proposal; <br /> • Permit acquisition may require up to ten business days: <br /> • Field work will be scheduled in accordance with the combined availability of the driller and mobile <br /> laboratory subcontractors; <br /> • Field work will be conducted over two business days; <br /> • Sample analytical results will be available within approximately five business days of performing <br /> field work: <br /> • As an option, a draft report could be prepared within seven business days of receipt of the <br /> laboratory analytical results. SLP understands the SJCEHD will require a copy of the sample <br /> analytical results. <br /> Limitations <br /> Partner has provided this work plan to assess conditions associated with releases to soil and/or groundwater <br /> as currently known to exist at the subject property. This work plan has been generated with a sense of <br /> magnitude and includes site-specific data and Partner's experience at similar sites. Our site-specific <br /> understanding of the issues is supported with data provided by investigations/remedial actions conducted <br /> to date. This work plan is dependent on multiple factors and subsurface conditions that have not been fully <br /> defined at the time of preparation. This work plan may be based on information provided by others;the <br /> information is assumed to be correct and factual.
