Submit in accordance with Section 2 of these Specifications. <br /> B. Product Data: Fully describe every product proposed for use. Y <br /> C. Plan of Operations: Before the Contractor commences work on the <br /> Production Well and the Nested Monitoring Well, he shall file a Pian of <br /> Operation with the Engineer for approval. The Pian of Operation shall <br /> include identification of any subcontractors, a description of the firm, a copy <br /> of all required permits, and a description of the procedures and outputs from <br /> the procedure. <br /> D. Sampling Program Submittal: Prior to starting any construction, the <br /> Contractor shall prepare a written submittal describing his method of <br /> obtaining discrete water samples from the various aquifers encountered. <br /> Include descriptions of all materials, methods, casing slot sizes, gravel pack <br /> gf'adation, and any other information pertinent to obtaining the water <br /> samples. <br /> E. Drilling Log: The Contractor shall keep an accurate log of the material found <br /> during the drilling of both wells and show the elevations at which the material <br /> was encountered, with particular care being taken to locate all water bearing <br /> strata. A complete report of the log shall be submitted to the Engineer via fax <br /> at the end of each day's drilling operation. During drilling and well <br /> construction the Drilling Log shall include the following: <br /> 1. Reference point for all depth measurements. <br /> 2. The depth at which each change of formation occurs. <br /> 3. Record of bits used. <br /> 4. Drilling times for each 5-foot increment. <br /> 5. Record of drilling fluids. <br /> 6.
