7. The identification of the material of which each stratum is composed
(clay, sand or silt, gravel, cemented formations, hard rock, etc).
S. The depth interval from which each formation sample was taken.
9. -The depth to the static water level (SWL).
10. Total depth of the completed pilot hole and well.
11. Any and all other pertinent information for a complete and accurate leg;
i.e. temperature, pH and appearance (color) of any water samples taken.
12. Depth or location of any lost drilling fluids, drilling materials or tools.
`- 13. The depth of the sanitary seal.
14. The nominal hole diameter of the well bore above and below casing
seal.
15. The amount of cement (number of sacks) installed for the sanitary seal.
16. Length of gravel fill pipe.
17. The depth and description of the well casing.
18. The description (including length, diameter, slot sizes, material and
manufacturer) and location of well screens.
19. Construction drawings indicating the "as-built" details of the finished
wells as follows:
a. Bottom of well
b. Bottom of screen, at each screened interval
c. Top of screen, at each screened interval
d. Bottom of casing
e. Top of reamed area
.: f. Top of gravel pack
g. Top of grout fill
h. Top of casing (inner and outer)
i. Static water level on date of well completion
Reference all points from top of casing.
F. E-Log:
1. Provide an electric log (geophysical log) for each well upon completion of
the pilot hole drilling for the Production Well, and completion of the well
Jr1 bore for the Nested Monitoring Well. The log shall indicate 3-point -
resistivity at minimum 6-foot radius around the bore hole and
spontaneous potential (SP). Provide a repeat section foC quality control.
E-log shall meet API RP-38 for format and log scales. Depth reference
shall be the same as that for drilling. Provide an interpretation of the log
and recommendations for finished well depth, screen locations, screen
size and gravel pack gradation.
2. Submit name of firm proposed to perform the electric log along with
samples of the log data proposed to be furnished.
G.
