The water balance and pond designs must consider the capacity to <br /> accommodate allowable Wastewater flow, stormwater from other sites (Lodi Wine and Business <br /> Center), design seasonal precipitation, seasonal ancillary inflow, and infiltration during the wet <br /> season. Design seasonal precipitation shall be based on total annual pl ecipitation using a return <br /> of 100 years, distributed monthly in accordance with historical rainfall patterns. The water <br /> balance and pond design shall be performed by a registered engineer. <br /> • Finally, by 15 January 2001 please submit an evaluation of the domestic wastewater disposal <br /> system. The evaluation shall include a description of the septic systems, the wastewater flow, <br /> capacities of the systems, and alternatives to allow monitoring of sludge depth and scum thickness <br /> in each compartment, or pumping of the tanks at a predetermined time interval.
