Mr. Robert Lawson • = 2 - • 12 May 2000
wastewater is determined by manually selecting which pipe the screened wastewater is discharged
to.
• Irrigation of the fields is accomplished by flooding ridge and furrow prepared fields. On the date
of the inspection, the fields had not been prepared to receive wastewater. A small amount of
wastewater was being discharged to the evaporation/percolation ponds.
• The freeboard in the evaporation/percolation ponds was acceptable.
• In general, the pond berms were in good condition during the inspection. Rodent holes were
observed in the berms; control of rodent holes may be necessary in the future.
• Filter cake was observed stored on the land located west of the evaporation/percolation ponds
where no crop is presently grown.
If you have any questions on this information, please telephone me at (916) 255-3116.
TIMOTHY R.
