Based upon current assessment information <br /> supplied to this office regarding the Shell Station located at 3725 <br /> N. Tracy Boulevard, we cannot justify requiring Shell to perform <br /> further investigation of this finding. <br /> We understand that only one round of groundwater sampling has been <br /> obtained from the on-site irrigation well at the above referenced <br /> address. <br /> Please be advised that this office recommends that, at a minimum, <br /> the well have a confirmation sampling performed. You should <br /> continue to research the past history of this site, including the <br /> possibility of an underground storage tank having previously <br /> existed there.
