(Delta), work plan to
perform a pretank closure site assessment for the above-reference site,
The purpose of the site assessment is to preliminarily determine the
extent of petroleum product constituents in the existing tank basin and
confirm the proposed new tank location is free of petroleum product
constituents. Data from the site assessment will be used to develop a
soil management plan for the tank closure.
Also enclosed is an "Application for Permit" executed by the drilling
subcontractor, an "Authorization to Release Analytical Results" executed
by Shell Oil Company and two checks in the amount of $35 and $52.50,
respectively. The $35 check is the application permit fee; the $52.50
check is the fee for a priority review.
We appreciate an expeditious review of Delta's work plan as the tank
closure is scheduled for early March. Please do not hesitate to call me
at (916) 638-2085, if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC.
Clarke H.
