Records from the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Office indicate that this is Parcel No.211-460-30,and that the land is owned by Shell. Shell's <br /> As <br /> regional representative is Mr.Ray Newsome,District Engineer,East Bay District,Concord,California. <br /> The area surrounding the site is flat and situated in a commercial and residential area.
