GG` AMBRIA VV � N �� 5 Qo� 5 March 1, 2004 Mr Harlin Knoll San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor Stockton, California 95202 Re Groundwater Monitoring Report— Fourth Quarter 2003 Shell-branded Service Station 3725 Tracy Boulevard Tracy, California SAP Code 1361$6 Incident No 98996222 Dear Mr Knoll Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting requirements of 23 CCR 2652d FOURTH QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES Groundwater Monrtonng Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) concentrations Cambria prepared a summary table of additional groundwater analytical data (Table 1), a site vicinity/well survey map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chenrucal concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, which includes the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A Sampling was coordinated with sampling activities conducted at the Chevron service station located at 3775 Tracy Boulevard Available groundwater monitoring data and analytical results for the Chevron station are included as Appendix B Groundwater flow direction was to the northeast this quarter, as is typical for the site Wells MW-lA, MW-3A, and BF-1 contained MTBE at respective concentrations of 58, 12, and 5 6 parts per billion Concentrations of MTBE in MW-1A remain significantly reduced from historical concentrations in this well Cambria Environmental Technology,Inc *PeTktns Street P 0 Box 259 5onoma CA 95476 Tel(707)935-4850 Fax(707)935-6649
