FOURTH QUARTER 2002 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and laboratory <br /> analytical results These activities were coordinated with the Chevron service station located at <br /> 3775 Tracy Boulevard Cambria prepared an additional groundwater data table (Table 1), a site <br /> vicinity/well survey map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map <br /> (Figure 2) Blaine's report, which includes the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A <br /> Available well gauging data for the Chevron station is included in Appendix B <br /> Groundwater Remediation: Monthly groundwater extraction (GWE) using a vacuum truck <br /> began February 7, 2000 During June 2001 the frequency of GWE was increased to twice a <br /> month During September 2002, the frequency was reduced to monthly Between <br /> Oakland CA September 16, 2002 and November 12, 2002, a total of 7,075 gallons of groundwater was <br /> San Ramon CA removed from well MW-lA The December 2002 event was cancelled because Shell's Martinez <br /> Sonoma CA Refinery, that receives the extracted water, was closed due to flooding A summary of the <br /> Cambna volume of groundwater extracted at the site and an estimate of the amount of total purgeable <br /> Environmental hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) removed is <br /> Technology, Inc presented in Table 2 Cambria also prepared a graph (Figure 3) which is a plot of MTBE <br /> Seykins Street <br /> P 0 Box 259 <br /> Sonoma CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6649 <br />
