Louise Avenue <br /> Lathrop, CA <br /> Ms. Henry: <br /> This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the UST Inspection Report for <br /> ARCO Facility No. 6080 located at 85 E. Louise Avenue in Lathrop, California dated <br /> September 17, 2008 (Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with the UST equipment and <br /> recordkeeping at the site. The following is BP's response to the items noted during the <br /> inspection on September 19, 2008. <br /> • CCR 2632(b): Monitoring Program(Monitoring &Response Plan) is current and <br /> approved by the local agency—Monitoring Program is current & approved by the <br /> local agency CCR 2632(b). Monitoring Plan onsite & on file w/this office is <br /> incorrect. Monitoring Program must be kept current&be approved by this office <br /> w/in 30 days. Submit a current corrected copy to this office for review& <br /> approval. Once approved a signed copy will be returned. <br /> The Inspection Report states that the previously submitted Monitoring and Response Plan <br /> (MRP) was observed to be deficient. <br />
