The following report documents the work performed and the results of
groundwater and surface water testing. Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground Zero) personnel
conducted a groundwater-monitoring event on September 16, 2015 and September 17, 2015.
The results presented in this report are based on field observations and laboratory analytical
data. Figure 2 shows relevant structures and features of the WWTP and the locations of
monitoring wells and sampling points.
Results include:
' • The average elevation of groundwater at the Site was approximately 61.19 feet above
mean sea level (msl).
• The groundwater bearing and gradient are variable throughout the Site with a
groundwater mound in the vicinity of groundwater monitoring well MW-5 and MW-
8. Elevation data from well MW-7 was not used in detem-iining the groundwater
' contours. Ground Zero believes the groundwater in MW-7 is perched.
The average groundwater elevation decreased 0.29 feet since the September 11, 2014
sampling event.
' • Generally, the concentrations of the various groundwater constituents of concern
showed minor fluctuations this quarter with no significant increases or decreases
occurring and the concentrations found are within the range observed thus far.
