I am re-attaching the
training documents that I have that address the training requirements within the Plan. I am also attaching the
paperwork sent to Claudia Muro as this also attached the training documents that were required for her inspection. I
believe that some of the documents are attached to that inspection response.
Once I have the information from APTIM/Tanknology, I will provide that to you.
If you need any further information, please let me know.
Thank you,
Jill Davis, CSRM
Risk Management-Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst Lodi Unified School District
1305 East Vine Street
Lodi, CA 95240
(209) 331-7145 (Direct)
(209) 269-0133 (Cellular)
(209) 331-7142 (Fax)
jidavis@lodiusd.net<mailto:jidavis@lodiusd.net>
From: Baker, Lydia [mailto:lbaker@sjgov.org]
Sent: Friday, April 10, 2020 1:26 PM
To:Jill Davis (Risk Management)<jidavis@lodiusd.net<mailto:jidavis@lodiusd.net>>; Annette Galindo (Transportation)
<agalindo@lodiusd.net<mailto:agalindo@lodiusd.net>>; Ed Bonham (Transportation)
<ebonham@lodiusd.net<mailto:ebonham@lodiusd.net>>
Subject: RE: Return to Compliance
CAUTION:This email originated from outside LodiUSD. Do not click any links or open attachments and verify the sender
if this is unsolicited email.
Hello Jill,
I reviewed the items that you sent over and was unable to close out any of the open violations. Here is what I need to
close them out:
#301-Plan still does not mention the two 10,000 gallon tanks being manifolded together. Permanently manifolded tanks
are tanks that are designed, installed, or operated in such a manner that the multiple containers function as a single
storage unit (67 FR 47122,July 17, 2002). Accordingly, the total capacity of manifolded containers is the design capacity
standard for the sized secondary containment provisions (plus freeboard in certain cases). Please provide a copy of the
amended plan where this discussion is included.
6
