#619-The training documents provided are not the same as the one in the SPCC plan in Appendix D. The training
documents provided are titled, Hazardous Waste Generator, CERS Basics, Hazardous Waste Management, etc. This
trainings do not appear to cover the SPCC plan. Please provide a copy of the SPCC plan training roster.
#621-Same as#619
#710-The plan still appears to deviate from the STI SP001 standard. Formal inspections for tanks over 5000 gallons are
required by the STI SP001 standard. These are not discussed in the SPCC plan. No discussion of environmental
equivalence is included in the plan for this deviation as well. I've attached a fact sheet about integrity testing. Please
provide a copy of the amended SPCC plan that either follows the SP001 standard in its entirety or provides a discussion
of environmental equivalence. The Plan must provide the reason for the deviation, describe the alternative approach,
and explain how it achieves environmental protection equivalent to the applicable industry standard.
If you have any questions or need assistance please let me know.
Best Regards,
Lydia Baker
Registered Environmental Health Specialist San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
209-468-8257
lbaker@sjgov.org<maiIto:Ibaker@sjgov.org>
Please note my email address has changed to (baker@sjgov.org<mailto:lbaker@sjgov.org>
From:Jill Davis (Risk Management) <jidavis@lodiusd.net<mailto:jidavis@lodiusd.net>>
Sent: Wednesday, April 8, 2020 1:34 PM
To: Baker, Lydia <Ibaker@sjgov.org<mailto:lbaker@sjgov.org>>;Annette Galindo (Transportation)
<agalindo@lodiusd.net<mailto:agalindo@lodiusd.net>>; Ed Bonham (Transportation)
<ebonham@lodiusd.net<mailto:ebonham@lodiusd.net>>
Subject: RE: Return to Compliance
Good Afternoon.
I forwarded the missing information to Cesar Ruvalcaba back on 1/27/20. 1 have re-attached the email with the missing
documents that he requested in order to close out the inspection.
My understanding is that this matter was closed.
Thank you,
Jill Davis, CSRM
Risk Management-Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst Lodi Unified School District
1305 East Vine Street
Lodi, CA 95240
(209) 331-7145 (Direct)
(209) 269-0133 (Cellular)
(209) 331-7142 (Fax)
jidavis@lodiusd.net<ma ilto:jidavis@lodiusd.net>
